Algolia Wins Four 2023 Comparably Awards

For Best Global Culture, Best Engineering Department, Best Sales Team and Best Company Outlook

SAN FRANCISCO, April 4, 2023 – Algolia, the world’s only end-to-end AI Search and Discovery platform, has been honored with four of Comparably’s awards highlighting the best global culture, best engineering department, best sales team and best company outlook. The awards are based on aggregate responses from current employees over the past 12 months.

“We’re excited and honored to be recognized for having the best global culture, best sales team as well as having the best company outlook and best engineering team – these awards are employee nominated from our global employees and teams,” said John Stewart, vice president Corporate Communications and Brand, Algolia. “For more than 10 years and throughout our global expansion, Algolia has always placed its culture and employees at the center of its business. These honors are a testament to an inclusive culture that inspires our team to drive real change for our customers.”

Algolia is hiring for positions globally; if you are interested in joining our team, visit algolia.com/careers to learn more about current openings.

Comparably Awards are based on sentiment feedback provided by current employees who anonymously rated their employers on Comparably.com during a 12-month look-back period (Feb. 27, 2022 through Feb. 27, 2023). Employees have the opportunity to answer structured questions (yes/no, true/false, 1-10 scale, multiple-choice) spanning 16 different workplace topics (leadership, team, compensation, perks & benefits, work-life balance, career growth, environment, outlook, etc). Each answer is given a numerical score and compared to companies of similar size. The final data set was compiled from over 15 million ratings across 70,000 companies.
